Updating Patient Information While Scheduling an Appointment

While you are in the middle of scheduling a patient's next appointment, he tells you that he has a new address. Did you know that you don't have to close out of the Appointment Book (and lose the appointment information you've already entered) to edit his address information?

In the Appointment Information dialog box you already have open, click the Patient Info button to launch the Family File with the patient already selected. Edit the address information and then minimize the Family File window to continue scheduling their appointment in the Appointment Book.
